What a shame they lost their license for exercising their second amendment rights. Last time I checked the 1986 law that got them in trouble was and still is unconstitution, but that little document never should stand in the way of getting our freedoms all stomped on.
Just damn that sucks! I hope somebody picks up the company and keeps it alive.
So what was he going to do with the machineguns? If the 1986 law is indeed unconstitutional why not fight it in court? He's agreed to pay $6000,000 in fines now which could have been used to pay a lot of lawyers fees. Seems like it would have been challenged at least once since 1986, has it?

you know the laws, especially if you are an FFL. Now they pay the price... That being said, they will just sell the business to another FFL, possibly with the company now or a family member and it's business as usual..
