Generally they are considered lower end but serviceable firearms by most I know. I owned one and never had an issue with it.
I did a bunch a searching last night and could not find much info and not much good is said about them.

I think for what they are they can be a decent cheap pistol, I just wouldn't over pay. Most I've seen will set at $120-130, they sell when the price gets below $100.
One's I've seen looked good BUT FIT wasn't the best in the world.
Rank em right up there with the "Heritage" SAA clones.
They're SAA clones. Parts are inexpensive and they are a breeze to work on/supe up.
In my own snobbishnes I found a Hammereli "Virignian" in 45colt locally.

There is or was a one of these for sale but at $325. I thought it was too high compared to the Ruger SAA for sale on the same page. The Rugers were going for 350 to 400.
Bought a Ruger Blackhawk convertible for 350 with both the cylinders and a nice leather Bianchi holster for it.

$325 is insane, I see them at shows pretty regularly setting for $125 or so, the last one I bought was $75 (about 3 years ago). I can see some gun inflation but that's alittle too much IMO
