Anyone know where I can get a box of .32 S&W Short? A friend has an old H&R revolver he'd like to shoot and can't find ammo for it. TIA

Just checked around online, seems like only .32 Long can be found. I've got a 50-round box that I picked up at a local gun store years ago for an H&R-style revolver that I will probably never shoot. If you were close by I'd just give the ammo to you.
The pen is mightier than the sword, but only when you're shoving it through your enemy's throat.

Appreciate it. I think he's just going to try some local gunshows and see what he can find. It's not like he has to have it, just wanted to shoot the old gal. He thought about reloading for it but it looks like the only brass around is .32 long which he'd have to trim down. That may be his best bet, especially if he wants to shoot it very much. Could probably find an old set of dies at a gunshow while he's at it.

I checked a few places I've seen or bought it before, but all seem out of stock.

We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...
.32 S&W short .... good luck with that one. Last box I saw was 20 years ago. The may still make it, but probably 1 run every 5 years. He'd have better luck trying to make his own brass and cast his own bullets then take up reloading.
