    This looks like fun:

At the Radom booth at SHOT 2016, we got a glimpse at a wonderful offering that will soon be imported to the United States in pistol form. This neat little gun fires 9mm from a closed bolt, and features an Uzi-style quick change barrel, collapsible stock, great sights, and varying magazine capacities.

From what I read, they are simply prototypes that were crudely rushed together just in time for SHOT. I have faith in the finished project looking a lot better.

The Kalishnikov USA Alpha is just plain ugly. It looks more like a bloated AR with an AK mag. Whoop.

Yes the STG-44 is a prototype cobbled together to have something in time for the SHOT show. The AK Alpha does remind me of the ACR / Masada rifle. I'm sure it will sell provided it isn't over $1K in price.

You just fly in from 2003? No "new" rifle design is going to hit the market for less than $1500, lest the snobs make fun of it.

Actually that was my point. I expect it to be $1500+ and it won't sell many at that price point. AKs are a wonderful firearms value when purchased under $400, When I see them for $700 they aren't a value worth having in my opinion.

Shame. That's a good-looking pistol. I will be delving into the 10mm longslide world with a Glock 40 MOS at $700 or less when I come across one.
