What I want to know is, why is the judge who violated federal law still on the bench and not in prison?
Standing on Constitutional grounds, Trump should have just done what obama did, order the DOJ to carry out his EO, regardless of what the judge ruled.

If it were okay for obama to override the Federal Judge, then it is more so for Trump, who had legal grounds to issue his EO (where obama didn't).

I believe obama even said, "Let that judge enforce his ruling." Trump should have said the same.
