SCOTUS refuses to hear an appeal to a lower court's upholding a MD ban of certain semi-automatic rifles and on hi-cap mags.
This is a setback for MD gun owners. I was hoping that since the Court is more Conservative now, they would rule in favor of gun owners, but they decided not to even hear the case.
Hopefully, MD will continue to fight again to overturn these bans.
