I placed an order for some magazines over a week ago and I have yet to receive my order or any shipping info from them. After numerous emails and calling a phone number that doesn't get picked up I have decided to call my bank on Tuesday for a fraud claim. I will also be sending them a letter if the address is even valid.
Anyone order from them before?
Never heard of them. I did a search on Bing and got a 2008 thread that said they went out of business? And several "company profiles".

I looked at contact us and the bottom where they normally are. Don't know how I missed the home page top.
I have been unable to reach them by email and the man who answered the phone was useless. He had no idea if it even shipped out yet and the email address he gave me to make an inquiry was bogus. I filed a claim with my bank and will be getting the money back soon.

Got a call today from their "shipping department"...turns out the order wasn't even shipped out. They said they could get it out next week for sure...I asked for my money back.
