    The President's Private War.

Why can't Andrew P. Napolitano run for office? Maybe because he is exposing the truth too much?

I bet the conservatives on this board wouldn't even support Napolitano. They'll probably call him a liberal kook.

    I believe it.

If we had a list of positions that Napolitano would support, a lot of the guys around here would disagree with them on a one by one basis.

To a mild extent, I disagree. Sure I agree with Napolitano that Pakistan is technically an "Ally" and they are a nuclear power. But really. Seriously. They have had serious egg on their face when Osama Bin Laden was hiding in plain sight in their country. Not in a cave in the mountains. But in the suburbs of Abbottabad, 1.3 miles away from a major Pakistani Military Academy.

It was pretty much at that time, most Americans had a 'fuck you, we'll do it ourselves' attitude. I know Pakistan has a delicate balancing act, but when it comes to actively harboring our enemies, I don't immediately knee jerk in their support.

Sure, I am sure we are fucking up somewhere. I am sure we are doing something that will bite us in the ass later. I just don't know what since I am not privy to all the information regarding that drone campaign.

But it's hard to form a hard opinion in a vacuum.

But ultimately, You can thank the anti waterboarding folks for this though. No one wants to take prisoners anymore. They just prefer to missile strike them from a distance.

There's nothing I've heard from Napolitano that would keep me from voting for him. He and Lou Dobbs should run.

I find it funny in a sick way how easily people are willing to give obama-messiah a free pass, but when George Bush retaliated against those who attacked us (remember those buildings no longer standing in NYC and the approx 3000 humans no longer with us?), Bush gets torn to shreds.

Pakistan is an ally of China, Pakistan is using our money to beef up their forces facing India and not for terrorist hunting, Pakistan gave sanctuary to Osama bin Laden and then punished those who helped us find him and kill him. They are an ally???

Nixon was right to veto the bill allowing asshole executives to assume powers not granted them by the constitution. If we are going to break the damn law then lets do it right and kill the real terrorists starting with Asif Ali Zardari and Yousef Raza Gilani. Then they can send a delegation to the White House to take out Barry Sotero and Joseph Biden...assuming they aren't on vacation somewhere.

Far as I am concerned bushco is the terrorist who flew those planes fly into those now absent buildings, killing 3000 plus Americans. And then starting wars for profit attacking nations that had little if nothing to do with 911 other than oil desired by bushco and using terrorism as an excuse created a unconstitutional police state to "save" us from terrorism - said terrosim wich seeks to create a police state here, but one that they control. Either way, the terrorists won and are in power today with a set of police state laws entirely opposed and flagrant violations of to the US Constitution. Thank you w regime and other terrorist organisations.

Nah, that's not over the top, not a bit.

I don't know what country you live in but I live in America, and here we have laws (thanks to the w regime and the traitors that followed) saying the feral government can enter any home for any reason, record all emails and phone calls without warrant, detain anyone indefinitely and execute them without warrant or trial, strip US citizenship, and recently ordered 450 million rounds of glock fotay ammo. Can you show me how any of that is according to the US Constitution? Didn't think so. Sir, you are the one wearing a foil hat. And goggles. People like you are the reason this nation is being betrayed from within.

Lots of things don't exactly jive with the constitution, but until they are challenged in court they stand. Some of the items you mention will most certainly eventually make it before the Supreme Court, at that point it will be the quality of the justices sitting on the bench that decide what stays and what goes. But I'll tell ya, voting for clowns like Ron Paul, and thereby handing the election to the hard core socialists, will not keep the court slightly right of center where it stands now.

    As for your last statement......

Not me. I'm a libertarian that votes conservative. The Judge would be my first pick if he ran.

This^ except I don't believe RP is a clown. We've been through this a thousand times, Obama reelected means two or three commies on the bench and the end of the second amendment. Romney just like GW can be persuaded to nominate non commies and save the 2nd from extinction. You have to be braindead to believe Obama won't nominate 2 more Lying sacks of shit and the SCOTUS with 5 or six Constitution haters won't revisit the second promptly.

It seems to me that people often confuse what they might want, with what's obtainable.
