Previous to this decision, I would have argued that a bill could not be passed in the congress as 'not-a-tax' and then successfully argued before the supreme court the same bill is in fact a tax.

I would have been wrong.

I've been busy moving (we are now in!!!) and didn't have time to post about this. Could not believe my ears when told the decision.

There is no way in hell that mandating that citizens buy something is Constitutional. I don't give a rat's ass if you call it a mandate or a tax or a damned suggestion with penalties for non-compliance. It's wrong.

I feared that this kind of shit would start. Now, we wonder if Roberts has been coerced or threatened or what?

It can certainly happen - look at all of the other shit going down... Fast and furious for instance - and nothing but "contempt of congress" - so what? The Repubs are squeeking when they should be standing on the top of the hill and yelling for Holder's head. They should be demanding an accounting of obummer's actions as well - should be calling for him to resign due to non-elligibility.

If we see the "false flag" this fall and obummer declares marshal law then it will be most certain to me what is going on.

It will be most certain to me that it's time to rally around the figurative Liberty Tree. Time to get our country back.

All the lefties who are cheering the decision may want to step back and think a bit.

This ruling makes it possible to do a backdoor ban on abortion now. It's very simple - you pass a law that "discourages" abortions. Anyone who chooses to abort can get one but gets hit with a $20k tax bill. Now abortion is "discouraged". Who needs Roe v Wade?

The more I think of it Robert's flip-flop on this Obama care bill makes zero sense .... unless one considers a death threat against his loved ones should he strike down O-Care. His ruling sounds like somebody was tripping on mind altering drugs to come up with it, a-typical for this guy.
