Just curious. How in the world do you wear out a gas block?

I'll try that, have they addressed in the past? It was one of their kits.

Jeff generally has a lot of one and two off parts he does not list on the web site. I've bought PRK kits from him and know he has been through a lot of them...

Sounds like whoever used a lot of corrosive ammo and didn't clean the gas system...

OH, and welcome to the Board!!!

Classic corrosive pitting, very poor maintenance. Measures .30 off of a new akm block.
Thanks for the lead. I'll try him later today and let you know.
    And thanks for the welcome!

    Caliente,
A replacement gas block was received today that will work for me, Although I never got to talk to Jeff, others at Apex were able to help. Thanks again!
