You should put nails in your own tires for that one
Bad if you get caught. There's an art to f--king with someone's car.
For example, place a single BB under each valve stem cap.
It will depress the Schrader valve pin and leak the air out (slowly, past the cap). Gives you ample time to get away while the tires are still full.
If you get caught in the act, just say you were picking up your keys.
If successful, the guy comes out to four flat tires. If he removes the cap to try and fill the tires, the BB will fall out and probably go un-noticed.
And, no real damage done because the tires can be refilled.
Helpful hint: Use lead BB's - they are gray to black in color and blend right in when they fall on the pavement. Bright copper BB's are more likely to be spotted.
