Shipping is a flat charge with AIM, depends on how far away you are on what the shipping is. Also depends on if it is delivered to a home or a business. Delivery to a business is less than to a home. There are also discounts for weight, more weight for an order the lower the rate. The ammo you linked is the same grade of Tula / Wolf ammo as Aim was selling.

Just got back from Academy Sporting Store in Norman, Okla. Regular price for Tula 7.62x39 is $5.49 per package of 20. Its on sale now for $5.19 per 20, with 8.5% city tax it comes to $5.63 per 20. Walmart wants $5.48 per 20 and with tax it comes to 5.94 per 20 rounds. Dicks sporting goods are $7.95 plus tax. Some of the local gun shops range any where from $6.99 to $7.95 plus taxes. There is no limit to the amount you can purchase. Some of us older folks surviving on pensions can only afford a couple boxes a month. So when we can find a sale even if its a small amount were able to add to our stockpile. Building it slowly is better then not at all.
