ATF to Industry Advisory – Black Powder, Black Powder Substitutes, & Smokeless Powder

Washington, DC --(Ammoland.com)- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are jointly conducting an industry awareness initiative for businesses that distribute and sell black powder, black powder substitutes, and smokeless powder.

The purpose is to increase industry awareness of potential criminal or terrorist activity indicators and provide guidance on how to report suspicious activity.

It seems about once a decade the assholes at ATF try to make a big bogy man out of Black Powder and reloading Powders. Every time they get shot down as there is no proof that anybody is making bombs out of them. The Muzzie bros from Boston used fireworks they'd taken apart to get the powders out of those. I hope they have as little success this time as they usually have.
