Russia Has Reportedly Halted All Exports To The US Of Russian Made Ammunition

    http://www.infowars.com/a-run-on-amm...de-ammunition/

"In recent months ammunition has slowly begun appearing on store shelves at major retailers in the United States. But after nearly two years of shortages that had ammunition manufacturers running their factories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because of consumer demand and massive government purchases, it appears that another supply pipeline may have been cut."

I sure wish I had bought more cases of Golden Tiger x39 when it was available and inexpensive. I told myself "you got 5000 rounds... you don't need any more right now".

Now I have only about 1500 rounds of X39 in stock and it's almost irreplaceable.....

I think that I took my son shooting ONCE last year. We went through maybe 5 or 6 hundred rounds. That was a splurge. I used to put a box of something in the cart every time that I went to wall mart. Now it is like every 3rd or 4th time. With all the shit going on right now. (seriously) In the past week, at work I have had two people come up to me and say. Hey, if it goes down. Do you want to team up?

And then be extra sure to thank Alex for the shiny new $1000 price tag on your $120 case of ammo.

Local store has been keeping .223 and .40 and .45. They have had ammo cans of the .223. Counter guy says, before you couldn't keep it on the shelf. Now you can't give it away! Local wall mart got a case of .50 bmg. 20 round boxes for 39.95. Never seen that one there before.

You guys should look on the bright side

It may knock the price of commie caliber weapons down quite a bit for those of us swimming in commie ammo.

I was also told that they have heard no news from Russia that their export agreements have been canceled or otherwise impeded.

Wolf imports ammo from a number of countries including Germany, Taiwan and Serbia — not just Russia. I was informed their corporate planning includes contingencies for events such as what’s currently transpiring in Russia. In short, they assured me that ammo will flow to the U.S. as Russia isn’t the only source of affordable x39 ammo in the world. Wolf isn’t going to close up shop should Putin halt ammo exports, they’ll simply source it elsewhere.

I really wish the speculation, panic, and hoarding cycle would end already.

    Kook factor often.

As to cutting of exports to USA, I doubt the Russians would as they like those dollars and this war of aggression in the Ukraine is going to cost a lot of money. On the other hand I expect Obama and his minions at BATFE to cut off the imports and cancel all import license agreements they've already approved.

I like the silver bear .223 with the colt box.

IIRC the russian mafia gets a big chunk of $$$ from alot of the exported ammo.

I don't see supplies from Russia drying up…..at least on the Russian end. Our civilian ownership of guns and ammo is of no concern to them unless they intend to invade us, which they wouldn't. If there's one thing that you can count on Russia doing, it's acting in their best interests. We want their ammo. They want our dollars. It's a win-win for everyone but Obama.
