    But seriously, it disgusts me that someone could have such a fucked up world view that they'd attempt to change the focus of this completely.

    Not to acknowledge the fact that America has a serious problem with crime committed by young black males is one of the more willfully dishonest things I've witnessed here or elsewhere.

    At 10% bondsman's fee, it means they could be sprung with only $1000 and $500 down respectively.

    If they were charged here in Idaho with that kind of crime (Home Invasion + 1st Degree Sexual Assault), their bail would have been set at $250K minimum!

    Fuck, my bail was set at $25K for a non-violent crime, and that was 18 years ago.
