The inner-circle of DU is hardly representative of most Democratic voters. If DU had its way Obama would have been primaried in favor of Kucinich or Bernie Sanders. Supposedly over 80% of liberal Democrats still approve of Obama outside of DU, but as various polls on DU have shown, he's lucky to get 50%. They see him as too conservative, too willing to capitulate to Big Business and Wall Street.
