The way I read it the plane isn't really the bank's plane except on paper. It's owned by a group of investors and the bank is the trustee. Perhaps like with a car loan. The bank has the title to my car until I pay off the loan. If my car is spotted some place the bank would have no idea why it was there. Same with this plane.

Khosrow Bayegan Semnani was born on July 24, 1947 in Mashaad, Iran. Khosrow Semnani, a Utah resident and naturalized citizen, completed his early education in Iran, later studied English in England, and earned dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Salt Lake City’s Westminster College in 1972. He later earned a Masters of Engineering Administration Degree from the University of Utah in 1977 while employed in Utah’s Copper Mining and Electrochemical manufacturing industries.
Khosrow Semnani was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Science degree from Southern Utah University in May 2005 for his outstanding work in the field of nuclear waste management.
In 2006, the Semnani Foundation established and became the major source of funding for the development of a free medical clinic, the Maliheh Free Clinic, in South Salt Lake, Utah. This clinic serves the residents of the greater Salt Lake City area without any cost to the patients and without governmental funding or red tape. Today, as a result of the many volunteers and funding from the Semnani Foundation, the lives of over 50,000 patients have been profoundly affected by having fundamental medical care available that was not within the means of many of our society’s working and non-working poor.

"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"
