I'm calling BS on that article. Not that I wouldn't put it past the Kali legislature to enact such a measure, but after the whole M855 scare, this news story would have been all over the place if true.

Was it mentioned a long time ago, that the SOCIALISTS had a plan. To swamp the newspapers (and now the Internet) with Alternative 'news sites' and confuse people so much with FALSE NEWS that the general population doesn't know WHAT to believe. They push FANTASY as reality in order to create schisms in society and fracture it (intentionally). I see SO MANY fake news sites that push the line, i.e. are not obviously jokes but sound very serious, but are complete and total bullshit, that I begin to wonder why so many people are creating fake news sites all of a sudden?
