That's our moon rising right before sunrise. You can tell that the camera is doing a longer exposer by how bright the stars in the sky are. It made the moon seem much brighter than it would have been if you were watching it in person. If you had been there, all you would have seen is the moon rising before the sun rose.

That's a camera flare, despite what the narrator said. It just didn't show up until he screwed with the settings.
In both of these videos we are dealing with folks that fail to understand some of the optical effects created by cameras.
