Looking at a mak90 that has a pistol grip and AK style stock they are not labeled american made, but this gun does have american made sear, hammer and trigger, along with an american made magizine, all Tapco brand. The guy selling it said it was fully legal. Is this gun truly legal under 922r?????? forgot to add gun has no threads for a supressor,

3 parts from the trigger and 3 from the magazine should equal 6 US parts.

Legal to me.

It's legal as long as it has no mag in it, or the Tapco mag in it, or another all US made mag in it.

You only need 5 US made parts if the barrel is not threaded.
So Tapco trigger group is (3) and the Tapco Mag is (3) so you have 6 US parts and only needed 5.

Just put a nice Timbersmith stock set on it and your GTG!

How about an inexpensive Tapco Gas Rod too?
