I'm probably wrong here, but I didn't think another country could sue, or deal directly with, an individual state. I thought all international dealings had to be performed by, or through, the US Federal government, not individual states.

If it is possible, then I agree with Coppertails. Let GA keep the illegals, but document all the money it costs the state to spend on them and sue Mexico for reimbursement.

If Mexico wants them to stay, then let them pay for it.
