Possible to weld a magazine??

Anyone know if it's possible to weld an sks drum magazine? Lip cracked while trying to bend it in tighter. Is this something any old welder can fix?

why were you trying to tighten it?

Trying to tighten it because rounds are trying to load left and low of the chamber and missing it. Trying to push rounds a little to the right.

Any old welder that knows how to weld thin mil steel - yeah. And yeah, that's a good way to fixt it for sure.
