They shipped out jobs to the Communist Party in China,..but now they are slowly coming back under Communist rule??
*************
A Chinese national company is interested in developing a 10,000- to 30,000-acre technology zone for industry, retail centers and homes south of the Boise Airport.
Officials of the China National Machinery Industry Corp. have broached the idea — based on a concept popular in China today — to city and state leaders.
They are also interested in helping build and finance a fertilizer plant near American Falls, an idea company officials returned to Idaho this month to pursue.
This ambitious, long-term proposal would start with a manufacturing and warehouse zone tied to the airport, and could signify a shift in the economic relationship between the two superpowers — a relationship once defined by U.S. companies like the J.R. Simplot Co., Hewlett-Packard and Morrison-Knudsen that would head to China to build and develop.
“I think China’s coming over here shows they are willing to collaborate on the reinvigoration of the American industrial base,” said Jeff Don, CEO of Eagle-based C3, which is acting as an Idaho representative for the Chinese company, called Sinomach for short.

I think they are wrong abour China wanting to help us.

"The United States is the most successful country in the world today. Only after we have learned all of it’s useful experiences can we replace it in the future. We must not forget that the history of our civilization repeatedly has taught us, one mountain does not allow two tigers to live together. The hidden message is: We must put up with America; we must conceal our ultimate goals, hide our capabilities and await the opportunity. In this way our mind is clear.

Thus we will understand why we constantly talk loudly about the "Taiwan issue" but not the "American issue". We all know the principle of "doing one thing under the cover of another." To resolve the "issue of America" we must be able to transcend conventions and restrictions.

Only by using special means to "clean up" America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of are we willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to "clean up" America? Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles and battleships won’t do. Neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at what ever the cost.

Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve "America for ourselves". There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have been invented one after the other. Of course we have not been idle; in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of "cleaning up" America all of a sudden. When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups, and focus instead of developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country.

We should issue a warning To the American people, and persuade them to leave America and leave the land they have lived in to the Chinese people, or, at least they should leave half of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first discovered by the Chinese.

But would this work? If this strategy does not work, then there is only "one choice left to us". That is, use decisive means to "clean up" America, and reserve America for our use in a moment. Our historical experience has proven that as long as we make this happen, nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, the other enemies have to surrender to us. "

This is what's been happening in the Philippines for the past 10 years with Chinese and Japanese businesses. They build these facilities near Airports and then lobby to create "Economic Free Zones" where they basically use them to offload cheap crap and upload "duty free" items that sell for huge money in their own countries.

If you want to see how successful they are (said with sarcasm) then visit either the former Subic Naval Air Station in Olongapo or the Clarke AFB in Angelese City, Philippines. The same is true for Thailand.

I keep thinking of the Subaru Isuzu plant down in Lafayette when they first showed up. It was considered Japanese territory when the company I used to work for would do work down there you'd have to go through hoops as if you were entering Japan just to get some field measuring in.
