Side mount for MAADI AK?

I've been looking for a way to put a side receiver mount on my MAADI AK. Is there anywhere I can find both the mount and the receiver mounting plate? Thanks.

Apex has the side mount plate listed. Haven't looked for the scope mount itself but I am pretty sure they are very easy to come by. Check the different vendors as I am sure many have the scope mounts available.

Just make sure you get one for the AK and not the SVD as they are different.

Also, not sure if you are worried about the value of your Maadi since adding a scope mount to the receiver would destroy any collector value since Maadis are no longer being imported and some versions like the ARM and RML have increased in value dramatically. Just making a point.

Regardless, it is your rifle and yours to enjoy as you wish.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, the collector value is already gone. When I bought it, the bayonet lug and barrel threads had already been milled off.

I just bought two of these.....http://www.collectorssourcedfw.com/mpk-2.html....and installed them on MAK-90's, one stamped receiver and one milled receiver.
Both were easy to install and I'm very happy with the finished product.
I have added quick release mounts with red dot sights and it has helped a lot with rapid target shooting out to 100 yards or so.
