Considering what she got for killing her child they should of just released him with time served (0). Who knows maybe the judge knew what was going to happen and just wanted to give someone a stiff sentence?

Then dufass would have prolly gotten six years with this judge. This guy ran a 'tight' court. Signs warning of the consequences of bad behavior were posted, everyone was well aware no bullshit would be tolerated.

Things not to do? Maybe that dumb-ass prosecutor should have not been LAUGHING while the defense was presenting its closing arguments. Talk about unprofessional. I guess he ended up announcing his resignation shortly after the NOT GUILTY verdicts came in.

Prosecutors totally dropped the ball on this one, lost the jury from the get-go. Their case was a joke, defense poked a million holes in their theory.
