83 yr old woman dies after being hit by a skateboarder, I wonder if he'll get manslaughter (in other words I wonder how well connected his parents are :) ).

Time to push for a ban on assault skate boards.

I do feel bad for the poor woman and her family. Heck of a way to go even when you are 83.

Well that sucks all around. The kid, even if not charged, is going to be haunted by this the rest of his life if he has any conscience. If the husband really loved his wife, he may pass away very soon now due to grief.
