The craft that was moving seems different from the one in the still picture near the end. The first seemed to have a pretty ordinary surface search radar antenna while the last must have had some sort of integrated set-up and did have an ECM mast.

I would doubt we are seeing the finished product.

43 meters (140 feet) long and weighs 225 tons. It is equipped with two missile launchers and has a top speed of 38 knots. They built 120 of them over the years but only 14 left in service, they are copies and adaptations of Ferry boats they bought from Australia. The one you saw in the video is an updated version to replace the old hulls but as far as I know they only have two of them at this time. Russian diesel engines and Russina missiles last I read.

Basically just small catamarans with limited range.
