What parts did you change?

All these recent posts on the RIA pistols is making me think I need a 1911.

Congrats on the 1911 Rock Island.

To FunkyPertwee, they, (1911's) are a classic handgun. If you are into collecting then sure why not get one. Be advised they can be picky eaters.

I used to have a sub-compact para but sold it because I didn't trust it to feed, even after changing out the mag springs. I was hoping that the full sized variants closer to mil-spec would be a more reliable.

In the mean time I'm enjoying my 1911-inspired Belgium hi-power and CZ-75b.
