A little insulting in your attitude for a first post. Don't you think?

I have a type one with the red bakalite scales - not sure of origin - what distinguishing marks or design would I look for? It has it's scabbard.

And what price are you willing to pay for this? Other than "not gunbroker 'buy now'"... ;)

What's insulting about not wanting to get ripped off? I just saved all the guys that would have offered me one at $150 the time to type a response.

I found one yesterday & bought it at a very reasonable price.

But I'm still looking for a 30rd Poly mag with the chrome follower...

Pretty sure bakelite is Type II, maybe not. Definitely not Type 1.

No clue who Fasn8er is, I used my same username I've had on a dozen other firearm forums in the last ten years...
