I'm guessing it's the Savage Mark II BTV (http://www.savagearms.com/firearms/model/MARKIIBTV).

just sold mine. it was the regular monte carlo stock, heavy barrel, non-accu trigger. the original trigger was heavy, creepy and had a bit of over-travel. i ground and polished the trigger and sear contact areas, swapped in a lighter spring, and shimmed the trigger group(which took care of the excess over-travel and slightly lightened pull weight). the pull was a perfect 3 lbs. which felt like 3 oz. it was so smooth and crisp.
now you (you lucky bugger!) won't have to go through all that mess with the accu trigger. just tune it to your liking, and shoot yer heart out. (not your eye, ralph!)
on a side note. it hated cheap winchester and rem. ammo, but shot cci stingers and rem. yellow jackets very well. .22's seem to be either picky or shoot anything you feed them. you never know till you try it all.
enjoy it. i love savages!
