Isn't MFS Raug Ammotec now? I think they bought them out.

MFS used to be Hungarian made. Looks like the Russians have purchsed them and are using the name. The ammo looks to be Silver Bear by another name.

I still have a couple of original boxes of MFS, factory code 21, 1990's date. Stuff looks like they pulled the steel core and replaced with lead core. Got a bunch of it from SPG several years ago with no complaints. Have seen the new stuff, but have no budget for any ammo at the moment.

That old MFS ammo is original steel core that was pulled and reloaded with a lead core bullet by the Hungarians. Here's what I found for code 21 marked ammo from http://cartridgecollectors.org/headstampcodes.htm Mátravidéki Fémmüvek Sirok, Hungary. Normally found on cartridge headstamps with a date stamped right-side up in relation to the factory code.
