Dakota's low to no tax rates, oil exploration ect...

Normally farm country doesn't have the unemployment swings industrial centers have, add in alittle extra from exploration and their unemployment is even less.

That's just through Februrary of this year -they need to update it again.

I bet there'd be even more black areas (highest unemployment).

America's economy will never recover until we stop importing everything and exporting nothing. Simple as that.
