This is good that someone is willing to take on the project.TWS is working on products for the AK.I agree there is not much that can be done to improve the systems other than sights maybe. The guys at arfcom eat this stuff up and I figure he might get another perspective from this group of AK nuts.

I invited the owner to join us here.I have no idea if he will join us here or not.

I hope it doesn't end up being a high-priced POS.

It's got to cost more then the $10 AK mags I can buy now :) I think if it works it will be like the drum debate of today, sure the cost effectiveness for rds carried VS a std stick mag isn't there but if the kool factor is high enough someone will buy it.

Q. Why are people buying drums at $150 today?
A. The same reason people will buy this :)

It doesn't matter to me if it's high-priced and works well, but if it doesn't work well at all at a high-price I'd be pretty pissed. :D

I remember when those drums cost $20. I still didn't buy one after playing with a friend's drum. They only really make sense in machineguns. I wouldn't buy one of these things because I don't really see the point. Especially since I have several dozen 30 rd mags.

I personally like the idea of a 75 round AK pistol, but that's just me. (I can;t think of another package as compact, and as powerfull, being that most "sub guns" are chambered for pistol callibers, and not the midpower .30cal of the AK)

They are shooting for a $30 price tag, that's not too bad...

Bullshit. Never happen. After all this time, I still can't get hi-cap mags for my .308 Saiga for undr $45.
