Releases what is you preference

I started out with a wrist release. But i can't stand one anymore. Like wearing a peice of jewelry.No flame intended.Just seems unatural and constricting.

Just a hand release is my ticket now. What say you?

I agree. I have tried the wrist releases and to be honest with game animals in front of you the wrist release makes you lazy.

I feel the tension in my fingers and so I make sure every shot counts.

I like the HHA zero gap. they are cheap so I always carry 2. They have few parts to break. (been there done that) and they are smooth.

My buddy has the other type and I cant shoot it; maybe its what you are used to.

depends on your point of view, i suppose.

"lazy" = comfortable/relaxed = good. imo.

and +1 to nalgi. i ALWAYS have a 2nd identical release in the bag with me when im hunting. ever since that one time..... most can be set up for trigger pull and such much like a rifle, i always make sure my spare is set up EXACTLY the same way, so theres no learning curve/ excuses if i have to use it.
