Difference between Russian M-44 and Chinese Type-53 Carbine Cleaning Rod's.

Finally got to see a Photo of the 2 side by side. Basicly the Chinese is a larger version of the SKS Rod. The End is Smooth, and the Rod overall is Shorter in size. Don Bell in Tucson Ariz. at Omega Weapon System's has the Correct Rod, I ordered one, for 15.00 dont know how many he has, but you can see by the Photo from his Website, he has Pleanty of Cleaning Rod's for now. http://www.gunsnet.net/photopost/data/500/Omega_Arms.jpg

The Type-53 Rod is also Shorter, and has a smooth Head on the Rod.

Thanks to your advice Hobe, I called and spoke with Don about my project Type-53. After spending quite a bit of coin, im happy with how the project is wrapping up. Just a few more finishing touches and it will be picture worthy :thumbsup:
