View Full Version : kind of slow so i will post about a new pistol i just got

well here is a new pistol i just got the other day. ive always want a true colt 1911 so i ended up with this sistema 1927
this one is refinished but it's tight with all new springs. it's funny they refinished the whole pistol but put a used barrel in it. it's frosty with some light pitting but has good land and groves.
anyway here she is

Very nice - you can fit a new barrel... for shooting.

There was a Colt "Night Guard" I think was stamped on the slide, at the local fun shop - I really wanted to buy it... but it's sold now. He said it was a dealer special run.

im going out thursday to take it shooting and see how it does. if it shoots good ill keep it with this barrel if not ill find another one
