Why is it called a tactical Jew?

O.S.O.K.

Why is the second one a Jew? Inquiring minds want to know.

And where are the pics of the small groups on targets? Hmmm?

ETA - Funky that is just scary...

I call it tactical Jew because it is an IDF (Israeli Defense Force) configured M16A1 carbine clone.

I built the upper myself. It has a Bushmaster superlight A1 barrel with a 1/9 twist, chrome lined. I shortened it to 14.7" and added a permanently attached A1 flash hider to bring it back to 16". It is on an A1 upper that was re-arsenaled and now has a black A2 style finish. It weighs under 8 pounds with a loaded 30 round mag, Surefire, and optic. It's just over 5 pounds bare.

It's "tactical" because it has the Retro Surefire 660 with barrel rail and Trijicon reflex. Of course, the IDF hand-guard bands and sling adapters just add to the effect.

Good to start her early. The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world. If more women were gun enthusiasts we wouldn't have to constantly fight for that right. As a side note, why do all ladies have that stance?

Because they aren't strong enough to stand up straight and support the weapon. That puts the mass of the rifle further out making it harder to hold up.

That was their first time ever using any type of optic. They are actually much better versed in irons. Note the vastly improved technique.

Ah ... so they're franken-guns!

One thing I got from an old range member when I first started shooting service rifle matches ... when shooting off-hand support your rifle with bone structure instead of muscle i.e. set your upper arm against your rib cage instead of using muscle; also helps to control your breathing, bend at elbow and support rifle in front of or beneath mag ... his thing was that muscles get tired, bones don't. He shot Grand's, M1A's and AR's all the same way ... 80 round matches were a breeze after I mastered that.
