Yeah - TOC is turk IIRC

Obviously be careful with that stuff - only for the most robust actions... it's actually getting hotter with age.

I still have some of it - just a couple of bandoleers but I think I'll be pulling the bullets and reloading with some 4064.

When I bought 10 strippers I was thinking it was Yugo and sccrewed up. The only 8mm I have with me is the M76 and it is NOT going into that. I was wanting to try out the 8x Russian scope on the M76 and didn't bring ammo. The local gun shop only had $39.95 a box core-bon... Oh, well, I've been thinking about getting a Yugo Mauser anyway...

I either need to order some reloadable Privi or get another case of the Yugo Sniper...

I really like the steel cased romanian stuff - it has been very consistent and accuracy is excellent. Forget the bullet weight... but I think it's heavy ball.

I have a case of the Yugo sniper I got from Gunsmoke back when there was a good amout around. He gave me a nice deal on it. I couldn't find it... must have been buried under all the other stuff after the move and I didn't have time to dig through a ton (likely more) of crap to find it.

Who has the Romanian?

I think I'll do the privi soft point then... 500 rounds and order 2000 bullets. Now if I can get loading data for the Widner's surplus powder...

Sounds like a plan. Maybe check http://www.handloads.com or the Hodgedon site? Is it one of the powders that Hodgedon packed?
