WASR 10 and UTG Quad Rail Problem

I purchased my WASR 10 a few months ago and decided to get a UTG Quad Rail for it. The bottom rail piece fits perfectly, but the top rail half doesn't sit flush against the gas tubes collar on the breach end. It seems that the collar opposite the gas block is misshaped or too large. Anyone have any ideas? I looked at a bunch of pics of gas tubes and mine doesn't have the holes like the gas block does and other AK tubes...I'll try to attach pics of it. Thanks for the help guys, I'm psyched to put some rounds downrange with the optics.

I don't know man. I thought those hand guards were made for airsoft guns.
