Trying to remember movie title where guy craps in boss' chair.

I am trying to remember the title of a movie I saw on video in 2002. It followed a group of young adults on a night out drinking and partying. The only thing I can definitely remember about the movie was that one guy drunkenly decided to sneak into his workplace in the middle of the night and take a dump in his boss' chair, where he got caught. Movie wasn't particularly great or memorable (obviously), but something reminded me of it and I won't get it out of my head until I know the title (and no, nobody crapped in anybody's chair where I work).

No, more serious. Wasn't even an adolescent humor type comedy. The guy was a young professional who got caught doing something stupid and screwed his career. It was one of those ensemble cast, young-adults-trying-to-find-their-way-and-everything-culminates-in-one-night's-activities sort of movie that there seemed to be a lot of in the late '90s and early '00s.
