....although she'll do nicely ! When I'm thinking Italian generally it's about lunch (again the sandwich , not the babe)
To start I could go get your typical deli sub and some are good , however nothing compares to the "real" !!!
First comes the difficulty finding awesome bread , slightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside ! Bread makes it here , so try not to skimp !
I go with very little vegetation but some is needed ! Look for "spring mix " bags of lettuce ! Spring mix is not overlly crunchy or green-water flavored ! Then maybe some "thin" red onion and hot "sliced" peppers !!!
I "NEVER" put an exploding tomato (no matter how thin) on a work of art !!! (if you like wearing your subs then fine get you some tomato ....
Next Cappicola Ham , Genoa Salami , "REAL" Pepperoni (sliced thin) , stacked and plentiful (remember this is art)
Then some cheese , maybe Mozzarella , Provolone and Munster ! all three is good ....
Then the Dressing !!! Two packs of Good Seasonings mixed like one pack , apply liberally .....
Some good beer and that babe you'll be set ....
Many versions are awesome , and I'm sure your artistic but never I mean never skimp and call it real .....
