Wife, inlaws, and friend pooled and bought me a ticket to go see hiom speak at the local chamber of commerce. Looking forward to it. As much as he wasn't always a republican or conservative, AT LEAST he put our troops and nation first.

Will report back later.....

I didn't agree with some of his positions, but I believe he is a patriot. Which is better any day than a socialist America hater.

Dubya and Barry are both Progressives. (Even Glenn Beck finally admitted Dubya was a Progressive.)

Well, whatever. He did not make war decisions based ENTIRELY on election cycles like our current piece of shit does. In fact, quite the oposite. He launched the surge with opposition from even some republicans, because he new it was the right thing to do.

But I am not going to argue this. I too did not agree with everything he did, like expanding medicare. But he damned sure kept us safe for 7 years, unlike (again) the current shitstain.

Oh, and he rocked tonight. The man is genuine, funny, and warm. My wife works for an attorney that worked in the Bush admin in the dep. of homeland security, and this guy says Bush was absolutely wonderful as a man and boss. This guy and his wife got to spent a couple hours with Bush tonight before the dinner and speech, and they both still love him. I still say and will always say he brought respect and integrity back to the white house, which we have again lost. We now have a fucking theif in the white house, a muching bastard. So I will say I do miss Bush, wish like hell we still had him.

I will respectfully disagree, and say that I definitely do not miss George Bush. I'll just leave it at that.
