My wife had four Victorian-era crystal wine glasses she found at an estate sale years ago. Yours truly managed to break 2 of them :boozer: and an inebriated lady friend knocked the 3rd off the porch railing one night at a party. Now she's down to 1 and I'm not allowed to touch it.
Get out there at the yard sales or e-bay & get yourself a replacement. Life is too short to drink out of cheap stemware. :martinismiley:

I am not without vintage martini glasses. We have about a dozen but the one I broke was my alltime favorite. An antique martini glass makes martinis taste so much better.....chris3

Somehow I really doubt the glass makes it taste different just because of age. Then again, maybe it was leaded crystal and new glass is lead free. I suppose you could always dunk a fishing sinker in it for a few minutes to bring back that certain twang!
