8mm Headstmap :anyone have a clue?

ordinarily I would not bother y'all with this but so far all my internet searches have failed. recently I started using this new(?) ammo after finding out the Portuguese surplus was soaked years ago.the stuff I am using now I can't seem to trace;
8x57J at the six o clock and "IK" at noon, it has an orange primer sealant as well.
anyone out there know what 8mm this is? Dunno if it is surplus or commercial but it does not attract a magnet if that helps..

Thank ya thank ya! I shouldn't be so surprised: never had a single misfire with this ammo,damn fine groups as well.
