Alstate for 20 years plus, but I was going to drive that truck back to New Mexico Saturday. The Mini Cooper S isn't running and the old Cherokee sucks on long trips. It's seats need replaced and there is no cruise control.

It went into the dash... Just checked, it should not be anything but cosmetic on the dash.

We're 45 miles from the nearest town of 50K... I don't think anyone is coming here to replace a windshield.

Well you're up da creek without a paddle it seems. Duct tape is your friend and then pray it doesn't rain or snow and you need to run the wipers.

Is it just the windshield or is the frame at the bottom also damaged???

I hope it is just cosmetic and you don't also need the lower windshield frame repaired as well.

You must be having some wonderful luck to have a limb fall from a tree, and hit your vehicle the way that one did, and it wasn't during a windstorm or heavy snow!!!
