There was a hardware problem on the ISP's side. It had to be changed out and required downtime to fix it. I had to make additional changes on the server to accommodate this. I'll monitor log files to see if anything else seems out of the ordinary.

Alex, if you are into software fixing, there is this other site, AK-47 dot net that has a bit of miss-information.

I was trying to find some proof of something, and in trying to find the truth, stumbled across this link which was at the top of the google search for "SAR-1". Pretty hard to say to someone that I know what I am talking about when I read that the SAR-1 was U.S. made. It is/was very Romanian.
