Tell me I'm not crazy...is my Yugo dust cover shorter?

I bought a tri-rail mounted on a dust cover at the Dallas Gun Show last weekend for my pending mini Draco. I was going to try it on my Yugo underfolder for looks and discovered that it's about 1/8" too long for the Yugo. I want to make sure I didn't buy a misfit dust cover rail setup.

A lot of Yugo AK components are not compatible w/ those of other Kalashnikov variants, the dust cover among them.

I almost went on a rant and returned the item. Glad I didn't. I would have looked like a tool.
