Looks like a chicom shooting gallery. But are they really serious about riding a bike with a little tuft of bamboo stuck to your head and shooting? Talk about an easy target to take down....

i had to stare at that pic for about 30 min till i realized what you were talking about. its amazing how that tuft of bamboo completely camouflaged them. i couldnt even pick out the bright white, red and pink clothes.
