Underfolder I.D. assistance

Picked up this underfolder for free today, just wondering if anyone might know where it came from? the guy I got it from wasnt sure. It's a single locking lug (internal).

It has blued finish, and looks milled, not stamped metal. I know its missing the push button, spring, and pins, none of which are a big deal.
