Romy Tokarev Replacement barrell needed

Hi, My son bought a really nice Romy. Tokarev pistol with a cosmoline packed bore. Once cleaned he found a sewerpipe bore. We want to get another barrell, used or aftermarket is fine. Numerich is out of stock. Please HELP! We are desperate.

It may be dimensionally identical, but then again maybe not.

My experience with a 1940 Russian Tokarev was that parts from other Russian Tokarevs would not fit without some work.
